shizuki
Most people actually get private exams or are promoted at level 25. The exams...probably won't happen under the NCIA.
Miso
In relatiion to cellar door's question. 1) How would an individual become an ANBU member? Is it the same as a Hunter-Nin? Obviously its not in the anime/manga but i've been searching around the site and see nothing on ANBU but a bunch of stuff on Hunter-Nin. Azure
ANBU doesn't exist right now.
Zann Rath
Quick question about the term "Turn", and how it applies to globally effective jutsus... like terrain changers. Let's say ninja A and ninja B are fighting. Ninja A changes the terrain to mist for 5 turns. Does a 'turn' refer to a single fighter's response through main phases, or a full cycle through all players and their phases?
Warr
A full cycle through all the player's phases, in that case.
Rhapsody
If you had two pieces of armor with reflective surface (+10% to dodge roll) would it stack to 20% And, can you buy reflective surface twice for the same piece of armor?
shizuki
It would stack, but you can only have it 1/per item.
Warr
AKA: Buy Two items with reflective surface, and one of them with 'partial underlay'. I'm thinking of making a "Tide Bushin" or "Wave Bushin" but don't know the exact effects I should give it. I'm thinking of some sort of knock back, but don't know if I should make a status effect for 'knock back' or just give it damage. Not so much a question, but request for opinion. =o
Cloudnine
Whenever destroyed, the clones turn into a blast of water and drenches the opponent... So he/she is more prone to be hit/damaged by Lightning type moves? -dunno-
Rhapsody
Does anybody think it would be possible for an Inuzuka to trade in its dog for a cat, or not take a dog at all?
Warr
No, I think it'd need to just be a different pet based clan for the cat. =x
Rhapsody
Hm. If an Inuzuka lost his or her pet, do you reckon it would develop the bloodline normally? ...Directed at everybody. Previous question still stands.
Topher
Can you use an item during your setup and still attack?
Rhapsody
Only if it says so in the description. ex 'Can be used in the set-up phase. Does no take away main phase.' Something like that.
Nappers
Hm.If an Inuzuka lost his or her pet, do you reckon it would develop the bloodline normally? ...Directed at everybody. Previous question still stands. What bloodline? An Inuzuka wouldn't be able to control or communicate with a cat. An Inuzuka need not begin with a pet. Rhapsody
You know. Their bloodline. The one that makes them look all freaky. -- Are they born with the marks on their faces?

Rhapsody
Does anybody have any idea about how they're applied? :c ...And when? (Building a mental time line. Bear with me.) Oh, and when would they get a dog?
Warr
Kiba got one a year or so before graduating the academy I think. =x
Nappers
Tattoo. They get the puppy when an elder think's that they're matured.
Rhapsody
So the method of application would be modern-ish tattoo needles/methods?
Arashi
For simplicity, yes, modern-ish needle method, even though I wouldn't deny a chakra implantment method if anyone would want to do that.
Rhapsody
Now, uh, this should be my last question. D: When would you say the marks are applied?
Miso
I would say when they are real young. If not born with them i would say like academy years? Kiba was shown in the academy with the marks so either they are inherited or applied when they are still single digit age.
